the series does have it's charm and the collecting, team building and pvp was still pretty fun Imo (and I imagine it still is) but seeing people defend the bugs, bad optimization and lack of basic features in modern gen, kinda kills the hype to come back lol.

They seem to embrace the series's mediocrity, I haven't played pokemon in a while but recently saw the state of the modern games and.. I guess they get the games they deserve lol.

5-min autosave helps, but so much can be done in those 5 min lost, It's sometimes agonizing.

I remember Oras was a pretty good remake, despite not including the battle frontier. Last game I played was Moon, honestly Idk much about the newer gen/games.
