Yep. As bad as things got I don’t think we would have lost all these games under tenHag. Massive failure not sacking him in the summer and I was one of the fools glad he was kept on at the time. Amorim needs time but desperately needs results.

At this stage it feels like these results will continue. Unless they can magically come up with signings in Jan, it might be a case that INEOS and Ruben agree to part ways and another panic interim manager is appointed.

You don’t learn how to win by losing every week. At some point something has to give. No way we can shift the players we need to get this system to work.

We have no squad really. Zero threat up front. If we concede therefore we’ll probably lose. The EtH legacy is laid bare now. Almost everyone signed in the last 3 years has been crap and it’s reflected in the results.

Dramatic? Yes, perhaps. But I think my point stands. With better coaching you can prevent the first goal but no amount of coaching can eliminate the second and third. Some inherent traits in these players will always cost us.

And people wonder why tenHag failed. These players are just incapable of being coached. Amorim would do well to realise that.

Agreed. He’s been quite poor and everything he brought pre injury is gone now. Looks bang average at best. Yoro only settling in and Amad was lively but the other 3 of the 5 at the back were pure muck today.

Not sure you can coach this out of the players. It really looks like some of them have never played before. Schoolboy teams have more intelligence
