If you get them in pills i'd really recommend taking 2mg two times a day instead of all at once. I don't know how it works for you tho. When i was addicted to bup, i was IV:ing unknown amounts of a 8mg pill that lasted ~2 days. Stupid, as it gives no more then a disgusting taste in your throat.
