If you want to beat them, figure out how to organize a bloc of economic actors whose material interests are served by the transition. Organize a bloc with *more power* and then *defeat* them. That's how this works. You're not going to fucking seduce them with your clever verbiage!
I don't want to do a whole long rant on this, so I'll just say: the reason fossil fuels & other aligned incumbents don't want to transition to clean energy is that it will *damage their material interests*. And folks, they understand their own material interests. Really well!

These dancers are a common sight at Minneapolis protests and cultural events. Protesters are gathered around as they wait for the protest against ICE to start in south Minneapolis.
This is so real, they tried it this morning in Bloomington. They stopped a man, people started honking horns, they split up to fuck with everyone else, which brought more attention and more noise, people got out of their cars and started filming, they left. They're cowards.
Local assisted living facilities are taking additional security measures because the residents donβt want their care to be interrupted when ICE abducts their staff. Schools are closed for the safety of students, faculty, and staff. There is no facet of society or stage of life unaffected.
