You may need a thing about now that isn’t awful. Here. Have a porcupine in a tree that I spotted near the St Lawrence River. I talked to them for a while and told them they were cool. I hope they got the vibe.

Was looking through my art from the past couple of months, and these are my two favorite drawings of Jasper Kinney so far. I guess I like him looking all smirky.

Speaking of, here are some pics I took of a taxidermied Nepalese red panda tail (a little grim, but it died of natural causes). Look at how thin that tail actually is. It has a lighter colored fluffy undercoat that helps the fur to stay puffy. Might be useful reference for some, or just interesting!

I can’t imagine what it must feel like to experience this amount of constant pain so young. I also cannot imagine watching my son go through that pain- that the reality right now for these two.
