Overall today I learned, god I need to get reps into deci Dori if I'm to play this deck going forward. I was lucky to dodge enigma too, but I'm happy with how I played overall. Blockslop4life

FIRST TOP 8 HELL YEAH

R6 Dori, the runback, exact same player L - Played a little more carefully but just got fatigued out and had to take a bad risk to try to bait either armour or shunts, but I took far too much to do it

R3: Az W - The pacifist run, only so many arrows in deck, I basically just blocked

R4: Flarvo W - Very tight fatigue war, came down to like a 2 card difference but mights help so much in sledge back and forth a

R5: Dori L - Ridiculously hard matchup, took a greedy line, went to 1, no more sledge

R1. Dio 🏀 I found runechant gen, action points, and disruption early and was able to survive the big turn. The early lead really helped add some pressure there to get me to the W

Making the 11pm decision to play Vynnset at the last PQ today might not be the smartest move, but if I'm going out like a buster I'm doing it with my favourite deck

For the awakened tile, Duke and Vardi were free, Levi took practice, and Whisp took cheese

Gear is better. GP skews the experience, but throwing a new player am amulet of power, even a glory maybe, is something they'd appreciate without putting them too over the edge

Just figured I'd poke my head into gridmaster, see what its all about. Oh lord I can't pull myself away from it

Yeah, the fact they don't really get agency with what they big block on those chains seems so hard to work around

All in all, 2-3 isn't the best result in the world but hey, I don't make many of these things and definitely needed to see these matchups away from home

R4 ☠️ Slippi - Against a local player, he really stepped up his deck and game this PQ, I got blasted by disruption and bad arsenals

R5 ☠️ Cindra - The mirror, I got blown out with some blocks I made in the mid game and probably didn't block enough on their huge turn

R2 ☠️ Florian - Just not used to the matchup. Tried mopl, could never get the value, didn't bring claw, I know what I'm doing next time

R3 🔥 Verdance - This one surprised me. They messed up a bit of math on their combo turn, left me at 1, was able to finish up the game next turn cycle
