Well, Eby's on the "wrong" side of the "national interest" so Moe believes he can take pot shots in that direction and claim he's more of an adherent to Canadian "unity" despite his opinions about a "nation within a nation" which, seemingly, only materialize when he doesn't get his (donor's) way.
