Super proud to be have renewed our 'Disability Confident' status last week. The only reason we're still level 1 is that we don't have any PAYE employees. Otherwise I'm confident (har har) that we'd easily hop to level 2.
I never feel like we do 'enough', but time is limited and we do what we can with the resources we have here at IQ. Stuff like this shows that we walk the talk.
To clarify, this commitment includes our freelancers, mentees, any volunteers and of course our authors.

It's National Library Lover's Month! The spaces are great, but it's the people who work in them that make them so special.
