It's not really my thing but it's just something I know about is all.
Basically being compelled to do something they would NEVER do is an indication of the totality of the control, it's a way in the fantasy to indicate that the will has been truly broken down because this is the worst thing they could imagine doing which makes it the most overt way of signalling loss.
Repulsion and fascination are basically held in a tension with each other, like magnets in orbit. The same reason why it's awful is why it's fascinating, it's the same core force. It doesn't signal an actual desire or principle, but the inversion of it.
I think it's the inversion of personal principles in a fantasy scenario, in the same way that people sort of get off on the horror of a vampire becoming a killer, even willingly afterwards, even though that's a terrifying and repulsive thing.
