Peat project is 57%ABV and 54 PPM and is finished in a Red Wine STR Barrique. You'll love it especially with 3 little drops of water in it. We've just had the new release Sugar Kelp Peat Project arrive in the UK and even though its lower ABV at 46% its an amazing dram
