I am even worse. I will go to a used bookstore, buy a book, bring it home, and then realize that I have another copy of the same book sitting on my shelf! And no memory of whether I have read it or not. (Especially true of crime fiction; which makes the whole thing extra tedious!)
Asking because I genuinely want to know: Is this upcoming Feb 28 economic blackout a real thing? Can someone please tell me? Is there some real momentum for it?

Submissions to the 2024 NPSA Conference are due Friday, March 15.
If you have questions, please contact a Section Chair or the conference Program Chair, Cyril Ghosh @cyrilghosh.bsky.social.
