2 litre jar of green tea kombucha with a stick on thermometer

Brew number 4 started on 11/07/25. Green tea again and already buzzing along nicely. I think the brown blob is a culture so fingers crossed it’s nothing bad!

Nice amount of fizz on this batch thanks to the heat from Thursday to Sunday. Strawberry and basil is light on taste but the blackcurrant and strawberry is excellent!
