I’m a retired ICU nurse, so I immediately assessed his ankles. They are HUGE in this picture. Not the ankles of a healthy individual.

I had measles (almost died), mumps and rubella as a child in the late 50’s/early 60’s and had a MMR titre in 2005 (retired RN) which showed immunity. If I were still practicing, I would likely retest given the recurrence of these preventable diseases.
