It explicitly states that all employees are required to remove pronouns. There is a chance they might use this to fire lgbtq+ people who don’t comply. I’ve witnessed something similar before. I respect whoever will resist in this way but not everyone has the same financial security to do so
I hope you’re right. I think a fair way to fight back is to use some universally agreed upon symbol for pronouns since then it wouldn’t technically be non compliance.
I sadly wouldn’t put it past them
