Most of my dogs chewed when they were puppies but grew out of it. Real Life Jac never chewed anything though. On the contrary my current 100 lb Rottweiler "Huck" chews absolutely everything :)

As I get older, insomnia comes more frequently.
I Find that being quiet with no interruptions helps, but sitting on the sofa with a a trusty canine companion helps more.
