A nearly blind refugee abandoned by Border Patrol miles from his home dies in Buffalo after having been missing for nearly a week.
Border Patrol dropped a blind refugee 5 miles from his home at night.
No English, no call to his family / lawyer.
Nurul Alam, 56, was found dead 5 days later on a Buffalo street.
He had an immigration detainer - not a criminal warrant or order of removal.
