I think so. The process of photography with a (D)SLR + zoom itself is so rewarding, particularly wildlife or landscapes. This is with a 30D from almost 25 years ago - 70-300mm lens. I think a used long lens w/ the 350D to just get into it will let you know if you want better. All the best!

Thunderbolt Apache Leader solitaire board game. Scenarios based on real locations (Iraq, Libya, etc.) Missions involve a random selection of targets by difficulty. Select realistic aircraft, pilots of various skill levels, equip with ammunition and play turns of moving and attacking through the terrain hexes. Single dice (d10) used to resolve various effects - layout shows end of day 1 for a mission - pilot card paired with aircraft to show success/damage after taking turns.
Mission 1 with the very fun Thunderbolt Apache Leader. Mistakes were made, notably taking out half this battalion with Mr. Gumby and an overloaded A-10. Fun aside, methinks this is how Hegseth learned to be war-fighting. 🤦♂️ roll some dice and a fishing boat bites the dust. #boardgames #HorrorCabinet

Cards represent beings, items, outcomes obtained by wandering a world - also represented by locations on cards. Actions always succeed but the cost is paid through dice representing time, health or morale. This grid shows the state at the end of a game played as a Medic who excels at Helping but has gathered support to help with actions that involve Moving, Looking, Engaging, Taking and Overpowering (the six different types of actions one could take at a location)
