Probably the latter. They are Australian and were active in the 80s/ early 90s. I found another single on a website called it's Plankton Time going for 35 dollars so I can't retire just yet.

😅 sorry mate yes I looked it up last night for the first time. I remember I bought it with another odd single by Barry Plankton called the name of this band is.... but I can't find any info on the record.

The Punk 77 website has an interesting write up about them. That they played The Roxy more than any other band seems to be their claim to fame as it were.
