The Lemkin Institute has issued a *THIRD* trans genocide warning, noting the next stage is widespread containment - and this was before the 4th Circuit ruled today that states can essentially do whatever they want to make trans people "appreciate their sex".

1. Horrifying ruling out of the 4th Circuit.
An all-Republican 4th Circuit panel has just ruled that states can compel trans adults to "appreciate their sex" by enacting care bans.
It even directly says that trans adult care bans are legal in the ruling.

Two of my friends are waiting to hear back on their passports, it’s terrifying. We’re taking care of each other, but I also want as many of my community members as possible to avoid potential imprisonment in a deep red state. Definitely agree that I hope cis allies demonstrate tangible support soon.
