My 33-year-old daughter died July 24th. Christmas is her favorite holiday. I’ve just canceled the whole damn thing. Physically & emotionally. I made a decision just to work every day. Otherwise it hurts too bad. I’d much prefer helping others.

On the outside, I look calm. However, on the inside, I feel shaky and a little nervous about what’s to come during the next four years.
