yt-dlp -f bestaudio --extract-audio --audio-quality 0 -x --audio-format mp3
It can also extract audio-only which is handy for music.
github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp is a handy tool to download video in general

One of my favorite minimalist compositions is Steve Reich's "Music for 18 Musicians". I had assumed I'd never have the opportunity to see it live, but back in 2019 the Berklee Contemporary Music Ensemble performed it and I caught the show--the hour+ performance both flew by and stopped time.
Any landing you walk away from is a good landing.
