It ran as Northeast Tabletop Expo for the last couple of years, but Gareth who ran that decided to stop. A new team have taken over, first event is 17/18th October this year at Gateshead International Stadium. Now Tyneside Games Expo.

No. I’ve taken over (with 4 friends) a convention in Gateshead - so it’s a fact-finding mission.

If you love games, come to Unpub, even if you don't design games yourself. I get so much joy from playtesting events from seeing the essence of a game before it's coated in a glossy finish.

If, like me, you believe games are art, playing prototypes lets you see the fingerprint of the artist.

Plan for this is a Zine. Loads of spaceship illustrations, some cool scifi graphics, and a bunch of descriptions of ships and a few places/characters.

Only just started putting it together, but keep your eyes peeled.
