the greek bakery on Corydon used to have sour dough loaves with black olives in them. I would get one of these and cut a big slice and lather it with butter and honey.

I had another friend say the use butter on sandwiches which might get soggy due to sauces. the butter acts as a barrier keeping the sauce and bread in their optimum conditions. lol
