Between the daily horrors of the world, slamming stresses of work and trying to make ends meet…then there’s the sad loneliness of isolation and losses, life bearing little resemblance to what you thought it would be when you were younger. Mood?

The secret to MY happy marriage:

1. Make sure your spouse knows every day how much you love, value and respect them

2. Don't do things that you would be ashamed to tell your spouse about

3. Be present for your spouse

4. Apologize when you do stupid things

5. Make them laugh when you can

How you know you (and many others) are suffering ptsd from all the abuse, gaslighting and cruelty (both on a personal level and on a global level)....out right sobbing over the smallest stories of kindnesses done by people for other people, animals, and the planet.

I hope so, too. At least losing the contract but hopefully more.

The Canadian gov isn't much shinier than the US gov these days, so it's refreshing (& deserved schadenfreude). Imagine, someone being held accountable for misrepresenting themselves for personal gain & screwing indigenous folk again. Hope contract gets canceled.

Stand up against ALL forms of abuse. Having experienced at least two kinds in my life, I can tell you that emotional is as mentally damaging, and the scars can go deeper than one might imagine or realize.
