A real and effective BSKY Privacy Policy would require BSKY to notify users in advance of a policy change and give us the option of leaving the platform if we don't like the proposed policy change. It would bind BSKY to an ethical code of conduct.

The BSKY Privacy Policy is useless. It says "We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time", which means BSKY can collect our personal information using one policy, then unilaterally change the policy to misuse our personal information any way they want. Very disappointing.
