Day 2....I am enjoying it the more I play. The game feels a lot better the more you play. Maybe lighting is just buggy? Performance is not perfect on PS5 but the changes past chapter 4 are actually kinda cool. I hope it's this great the rest of the way through.

Fatal Frame 2 Remake Verdict - so far I was getting used to the new combat. The ghosts are different, I'd say less freaky but there is a scare factor with form changes. They absolutely ruined 2 of the freakiest cutscenes with bad lighting. Ngl kinda shits on iconic moments from the original.

So the demo is pretty great except two things are extremely jarring /make me go okay wtf. There's this dense film grain that's just randomly on and off (usually during gameplay). It has to have an option to turn off in full game. The ghosts do not look as scary as original. I'm worried a bit.

I swear no gaming experience will quite top playing as Grace in RE9. I mean don't get me wrong Leon is fun, but Grace once you figure the blood crafting mechanic you really start to feel like solid snake or something just stealthily staking out the entire hospital segment.

Also....I think this fucking movie only had....2 songs from SH2? Most of the tracks were from 3 and 4. Cult heavy plotline which is next to non existent in the game. I hate to say it but Gans lost his directing touch. I mean the first film isn't perfect but damn next to this shit it is.

I finally watched return to silent hill this weekend... genuinely thinking about submitting a dispute to get my money back. That was not only easily the worst silent hill film but one of the worst movies ever made. Incoherent and disrespectful especially to Angela's character.

I hope that stays in remake whenever it graces our presence. The -1 button in the remake of 2 still bothers me to this day🤣. It isn't even a big deal or game changer it just bugs me and probably me only it says -1 and not B.

Re9 is occupying all my brain cells. LEON'S WEDDING RING?!? Gurl it's one of three -Claire, Ada or Hunnigan? I have so many questions. Even though Ada has the most tension with him...her background and villain adjacent presence...I'm not sold. I'm glad Grace got closure what a cool new character

This game has me SHOOKETH. Plus there's a puzzle in it so deep and hidden people are still trying to solve it (.....I think as of last I checked).

Beat it. A 9/10. Perfect camp, truly had the best thematically of many entries in the series.

I played re9 for.....10 hours🤣. I think I'm only like halfway through. Amazing game. Already been some plot twists. This game has it all. It feels like the cinematic experience RE6 was trying to be.

Hopefully this new pokemon game like actually has good art design and the world doesn't look like a PS2 launch title with unpolished mechanics.

One more day til RE9!!! Its the best reviewed resident evil in ages I cannot wait. Best friends will be by to celebrate and play I'm so pumped it's gonna be a great weekend ☺️
