I recently had a PP client who is well educated about her medical options, had extensive resources, good support, and an EXTREMELY intense and complex birth.
She might not be here if she had listened to the on call OB who told her to go rest with some ibuprofen a few days after that experience.

Over ~20 years, my rent has gone up 2.86x for a similar sized place (although it used to be a house with a yard and garage and now it's an apt)
My income has gone up 1.6x with significant advances in my career.
I've probably reached my max salary (besides cola) but not max rent.
The big thing is housing costs.
I was fortunate enough to be able to buy my condo pre-construction in 2012 and move in in 2016. Since 2017, condo prices have been so high that I would no longer be able to afford this exact condo on my actual salary (which increased by about 25% in raw numbers)

Is it legal to film ICE agents? Yes. The First Amendment protects your right to film ICE in public, and you cannot be punished for that alone. If you are in a public place, you have the right to record ICE and other agents, as long as you don’t interfere with or obstruct their operations, or break another valid law while you’re filming. If you are on private property, owners can set their own rules about photography and filming.
