I almost dozed off to a YT video around 23:00-00:00, got into my "micro-sleep" (aka I involuntarily closed my eyes for a few seconds), then boom, I suddenly have the energy to function, and it's almost 17:00 (the next day, yes, my sleep schedule is a WHACK, sometimes it happens for no reason).

Well, yeah, I guess. Messed up sleep cycles.
Idk, I often get random spikes of energy (around midnight) after pushing through the roughest "Man, I'm about to pass out or pass away" hours.

BRO. This is SO me. I always go to bed early, sleep super bad and wake up after, like, 4 hours of sleep. Even when I'M TIRED.
