My husband and I are totally addicted to "When The Phone Rings" on Netflix. It is agony waiting for new episodes every Friday/Saturday. The show keeps getting better and better.

I've been keeping myself busy making map ornaments. These are fun to make. Cut out wood in the shape of a state, then cut out the same shape in an old travel map. People love these ornaments. Been selling them like crazy for Christmas.
Isn't it spelled Martial Law?
Just watched the first two episodes of "Love Your Enemy" on Viki. I'm going to enjoy this "enemies to lovers" trope. Wonder what happened between the couple in high school to cause them to be apart for 20 years?

Since you are new to K-dramas, I suggest you check out www.soompi.com and www.dramabeans.com.
They do the same on Viki, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Sometimes, I wait for a show to finish airing before I binge watch. I did this for "The Judge From Hell" on Hulu. I'm now watching it in full.
They have done this for years. It is nothing new. Very few new K-dramas are exclusive to Netflix only and already have all the episodes ready to binge. "Squid Game" and "Kingdom" are one of the very few exclusive ones.
I watched 2 episodes a week for "Crash Landing On You" when it aired in 2019.
Netflix has nothing to do with this. This show is currently airing on MBC TV in Korea on Friday and Saturday nights.
We got BlueCry, they have Twatter.
I haven't watched "DNA Lover" either. Heard it was not that good, so I'm not going to rush to watch it.
"My Lovely Liar" was not bad. "A Good Day to be a Dog" started out great, but the ending wasn't great.
I really enjoyed "Perfect Marriage Revenge" with the plot twists. I'd watch it again.
The FL has selective mutism and works as a sign language interpreter - the main reason I picked this K-drama. It was interesting seeing her use (a mixture?) of Korean and American Sign Language when interpreting for the Ambassador's deaf wife.
Just watched the first episode of "When the Phone Rings" on Netflix. After the plot twist, I'm hooked. This drama is currently airing, so I have to torture myself with 2 new episodes every week.

Picture of the Season 3 cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation. At the top it says: βThis is the future liberals wantβ Caption reads: βEquality for all, science prevailing over religion, cool shirts. Yes, we want this.β
I still want the future βStar Trekβ promised me.
I think my husband is embarrassed to be a Texan - mind you, he's been living in Kansas for about 19 years now. He still misses Texas, but I don't think he'd want to move back.
Food > indoctrination.
I am the resistance.
I am not going back.
I have a dumb LG TV. It used to be smart at one time. Now, it has lost network connection, BUT there is no button on the screen for me to click to fix the network connection.
I've been using an old Chromecast to cast from my phone to the TV.
Now off to buy a Roku streaming stick.

I have a MacBook Pro I hardly use ever since I bought a desktop Mac. I love designing on the big screen. The desktop I bought is discontinued, though. It was their biggest monitor size. I'm thinking about buying the current iMac because my husband, my son, and I fight for time on the desktop.
I prefer top if I'm watching something on social media such as TikTok because they have other text at the bottom. Everything is laid on top of each other, making it hard to read. The videos I make have captions at top for this reason.

Oh, for fuck's sake
Family includes everyone! β€οΈ
Some days, my biggest enemy is ADHD. My husband has ADHD, my son has ADHD (without hyperactivity) and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and my daughter has Generalized Anxiety Disorder and might also have ADHD. It's tough being the one in the family to remember everything.
My husband lost his job during Trump's first term. He was a custodial worker at Century II, and the City of Wichita had to shut the building down due to Covid-19. Now, he's a federal employee who may lose his job during Trump's second term. This is ridiculous.
My husband is a federal employee and works at the VA Hospital processing medical records. His office is understaffed. These guys know NOTHING about how the federal government is run.
I'd like to see captions available on all videos.
Thanks π King π€π
