Ha, it is too easy to drink when it's there.

Yes, sadly. I know I like it so I buy six at a time which makes it ยฃ11 a bottle (from Majestic)
Bread & Butter pinot noir is what you need.
Unfortunately, until people see their own lives improving, they'll continue to believe that their woes are the fault of immigrants. Not rich people ensuring they stay rich to the detriment of everyone else. Not politicians making poor choices. Not their neighbours who game the system.
Yep, I was thinking about this yesterday. I wouldn't have given Mother's Day a second thought until all the opt outs, I wish they'd do away with them. They may as well shout IS YOUR MUM DEAD?
I live just down the road so we share the same MP.
I have joined the Greens in the last 6 months, from Labour. However, I would always vote tactically, if necessary, to keep Reform out.
I don't want to dismiss any of what you just said, but remember that kids value love and time more than any material thing. You can have loads of fun making birthday hats and baking a cake together. I hope she has a lovely day.
Absolutely be more like this lad, the world would be instantly improved.
He is truly wonderful, thank you for sharing.
Some got thrown out of the upper north east corner. I assume they were Man U anyway, it was shortly after they scored.
I don't see her as being absent, but I don't live in Skem so will take your word for it. Skem has been neglected for decades, sadly. There are some great outdoor places in Tawd Valley and the Beacon, well looked after by the Ranger service, feels like they're not overly appreciated?
If you look at her page then you'll see she has as much to say about what is happening in London or Gorton as she does about Skem. There is a very obvious agenda behind all the 'for the people' nonsense they spout. Remember their, now wiped, personal social media posts prior to becoming councillors.
I think you're comparing the visibility of an MP with that of a councillor, which isn't really a fair comparison to be making.
Apparently so. Something to do with the shirt you're wearing maybe?
I think you can do it with your birth certificate and NI number? At the post office if not online.
If she has an agent, they should be advising her to stay quiet now. She doesn't have much, if any, support in what she is saying so the constant attention is starting to feel like bullying.
As someone who doesn't watch cricket, that just sounds like nonsense.
Ah, gutted. She was magnificent in everything, a truly funny woman.
Sorry, I am being an arse. It's a pretty shitty thing for the club to be involved in.
๐ I wouldn't take the kids to that pool, thanks to the warning.
The email they sent is quite clear about that, to be fair.
My son is 11 so not quite as bad, but it's still not great getting him home at 11pm on a school night. Is it related to the new stadium and will calm down a bit next season?
Sending love to you and your family. Cancer isn't a battle to win or lose, it isn't a fair fight. It sounds like she lived her life with strength, grace, and love ๐
Excellent trip. Flew back to London Saturday, went to Chelsea on the Sunday and saw Cahill equalise last minute with an overhead kick, then train back to Liverpool feeling ill, tired and very happy ๐
I read recently that we should all see April as the new year, we shouldn't try and do anything that causes more stress/misery/pressure in January when it is so dark and bleak.

It's madness. The stadium is amazing albeit with a small snagging list to be ironed out. It's going to take time for people to settle in and find the right place for themselves. I look at it through the eyes of my 11 year old rather than those of the grumpy old gets, and he can't believe it is ours.
@efc-fanadvisory.bsky.social I'd like to add my voice to Baz's here Musk is racist, homophobic, misogynistic and is enabling the production of vile, abusive images of women and children on his AI platform. The club really needs to remove itself from X.
