Ive stayed there bc many have to yet to make the move who I follow. So I see something that I feel compelled to respond to. I think it’s just part of the “social media” addiction. In all honesty I think “social media” is one of the worst things to happen to humanity in my lifetime. Yet here I am.

My brother contracted Polio as a child and his life was severely impacted. He was in a body cast for a year. He never was able to lead a full life. (For others it may have been different.) I’ve seen the pain lack of vaccine can cause and have no patience for the ignorant on this topic.
Well, this is just SHOCKING. The side that yelled and screamed about election integrity did everything it could to unfairly tweak all things related to the election in its favor. We need to rethink the ability of oligarchs to own a mass communication platform.

Leaving aside the divisiveness it promotes, just the sheer time suck it takes from doing anything productive is astounding. No putting the genie back in the bottle, but tech has become destructive to society. And I say this as someone who works in IT and has always loved tech.
