The Japanese release of Mario vs DK on GBA NSO actually does contain the 6 officially released e-Reader levels!

By the way the japanese GBA app does contain Mario vs Donkey Kong with 6 e-Reader levels. Cool, but unfortunately aren't included on the other versions.
