My weirdest creation is almost old enough to drink.
People really gotta stop acting like Youtubers are their friends, including me. None of these people know about you.

PANEL 1: This is identified as FOLIAXOR: BEYOND THE DELIGHTS OF VIOLENCE and that it is "Emulated by Tom McHenry" implying that we're seeing a classic video game. Sure enough, there's a drawing of a turtle man with a machine gun blowing up an enemy and jumping onto a platform. Perhaps the turtle man is named "Foliaxor," perhaps that is the name of the planet or realm. TURTLE MAN: "The unspoken dream of keep doing what you love and the money will come." PANEL 2: The turtle man's gun switches to "Tri-Shot" mode where it shoots in three directions at once. The turtle man shoots more enemies. TURTLE MAN: "And the money never comes so the love-doing is resented, or the love changes and the money stops coming." PANEL 3: There is a level-up screen where the player can select their next bonus. The options include: Hunter's Perception - More gems per combo kill; Countenance of Fear - Enemy attack speed down 10%; Adagio for Plasma - Damage counter up 5% Fire; and Unlock with Paid Version. TURTLE MAN: "Two paths to being joyless and broke." PANEL 4: The turtle man is crouched behind a crate throwing a grenade at a turtleman riding a motorcyle with mounted machine gun. TURTLE MAN: "The ego is a toy for pursuing external validation. This game is a toy for pursuing gems." PANEL 5: The turtle man jumps up on the crate and machine guns the grenade-damaged motorcycle turtle. TURTLE MAN: "Pursuing acceptance is like sprinting to give yourself the chance to stand still."

… to it, but largely it feels like it’s all the same complaints. They’re lazy, they’re narcissistic, too online. all of these are either surface-level observations or byproducts of the socioeconomic system older generations enabled. I feel like it’s just the older folks projecting.
It’s weird how millennials are hardly being talked about anymore in the ‘culture war’. Pretty much all of what I remember is being reapplied to ‘Gen Z’. it’s like the same issues are just being copy/pasted onto anyone that can be 1 to 10 years younger than me. Of course they have their own flavor..
