I make like $2 per shirt. There are roughly 330m+ people in the US. For giggles, let's say 1/3 are working adults.
That's 100m people. I only need less than a tenth (1-3m) to buy one shirt each. I get funds to take care of family, you get wearable art (or sarcasm)! 😆

They usually get pretty rude and upset when you decline their "opportunity of a lifetime".

Almost any miniature sculptor has a similar story: got contacted by a potential client regarding a sculpting commission. I responded with price per mm (standard in the business), and received instead a counter-offer: I would sculpt the item he wanted *for free*, and we would go into business...
