A video from inside a Border Patrol vehicle shows agents chasing a US citizen for filming them. The citizen refused to get out when they illegally ordered him to stop. The agents say: "This is great." "This is fun." "He's going to get shot."

What DEI threatens isn’t merit. It’s monopoly. Political science professor Hakeem Jefferson argues for DEI's importance to de-monopolizing universities.

A colleague at Stanford’s business school used The Stanford Daily to argue—poorly—against DEI. The piece was riddled with historical errors and left one searching for fact, so I broke my public writing hiatus to respond.

I hope you’ll read and share the piece.

representation is good. it also cannot be the limit of anti-racist policies, and in the corporate world was often little more than marketing. also true that some number of people who’ve argued that dems need to move away from representation believed that because they themselves are racist

Race isn’t a ‘biological reality,’ contrary to recent political claims − here’s how scientific consensus on race developed in the 20th century An executive order critiques the idea that race is a human invention. But that’s exactly what modern science supports.

“Scientists reject the idea that race is biologically real. The claim that race is a “biological reality” cuts against modern scientific knowledge”
