I am thrilled to see housing projects in Alberta thrive, especially those in support of our veterans!
The housing is the second of its kind in Canada, with the first being built in Ottawa in 2021. Veterans’ House Canada is hoping to build three more across the country over the next couple of years.
I was so honoured to attend the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a 40-suite housing unit for houseless veterans in north west Edmonton yesterday!!
I am beyond grateful for this, and feel so blessed to be part of this military family. Thank you for this honor and to my loved ones who were able to join in the celebration.
Last night was such a wonderful evening. South Alberta Light Horse Regimental Association presented me with an Honorary Lifetime Membership "in recognition of your support and friendship to the Regimental Association and the broader regimgimental family.”
