I don't need to write emails faster with AI. I can respond "Sounds good. Best, XXXXXX" or whatever at precisely the correct amount of speed (typing).
What strikes me the most about the current panic executives are having about the failure of AI to increase productivity, is that there was no lack of productive potential in the workforce (high unemployment) and that those of us employeed have all been plenty productive without AI.
