Just think how utterly galling it is, that every child ever killed in a school shooting, that then went unaddressed because of the sacred 2nd amendment, WAS FOR NOTHING. They just want to be able to murder anyone they want, for any reason. That’s their motivation.

The problem is, even if he folds, that will just reinforce the fact that Trump is inherently unstable and unreliable. You can't build an economy around someone who might wake up one morning and blow the whole thing up on a whim. And that's exactly what this is--a whim.

It’ll be interesting to see what MAGA thinks, when they claimed that their economic position was untenable under Biden, even as he took measures to reduce inflation and forgive student debt. How are they going to feel when Trump takes their paychecks and jacks up prices just for lulz?
