I went back to the gym after my youngest started school almost 4 years ago and now it's part of my routine. I feel terrible if I don't workout. I hated the way I felt and I wanted to be able to move better as I aged. It's helped with my hashimotos muscle/joint pain too.

one of my gym bros got engaged yesterday! He saw me and literally ran over to me exclaiming "she said yes!!!!" He was so happy we just ran in place like two teenage girls 🤣
Yesterday the girls had a field trip to the bowling alley and A1 didn't see her sister there. So after jiu jitsu she asked her "what time did you get to the bowling alley?"
A2 responded: "umm I don't know how to tell time, I'm not God."
