Nothing wrong with that! I sometimes venture away from my curated playlists for my fanfics to just listen to video game soundtracks. Something different if my brain isn't working with me (which let's face it, it hates me so it happens a lot). 😜

I have days like that. But since I only really write fanfiction, a lot of times I find songs that fit the mood of whatever scene I'm writing and listen to it on repeat. At that point, it might as well be wordless. 🤣

Have you tried putting it in the freezer for 5-10 mins before cutting? Not the weirdest thing I've tried thanks to tiktok but it works. No more stinging eyes and crying while making dinner. lol
