2/3 Using single-gene live-cell imaging at endogenous loci (STREAMING tag) with mintbody/ChromID probes, we find activating marks (H3K27ac/H3K4me3) rise during Active bursts and fall during Inactive periods; H3K27me3 shows the opposite.
