Haven’t heard anything that would indicate it’s leaving the Disney ecosystem so would expect it’ll be there, D+, or both.
Purely speculating that it’s either ongoing contract stuff or they’re waiting until sets are built and filming kicks off or both. Or maybe it’s something else. At this point I’m guessing during up-fronts or maybe SDCC. Obviously could happen sooner.
