BRICS does not necessarily need to do anything for the empire and its satellites to fall apart. It often seems that it may collapse on its own. The USSR managed that perfectly well by itself.

It is safe to say that the United States and Israel have boxed themselves into a corner. It is worth remembering that the USSR collapsed after embarking on a regime-change project in Afghanistan.
