That's just the economic cost to Minneapolis. Doesn't include economic cost to the rest of the data (think I heard north of $500m) nor what the federal government spent to carry it out.
Meanwhile parts of the Dept are so underfunded that choices are forced between buying repair parts or meeting payroll. Idk where the money is but it isn't manifesting at the end lower levels.

This is just so incredibly fucked up and could have horrible consequences including veterans deciding not to take their medication so their much needed monthly disability compensation isn’t reduced. Shame on Doug Collins and the VA leadership
