Ran a 5k time trial this morning. 31:10, but more happy that I didn't have to walk at any point and felt strong the whole way round. Also came back to a very warm welcome from the emotional support whippet

Had a go to see where we are today. 5k in just under 34 minutes ain't so bad. Had COVID a few weeks ago and it's really knocked the fitness. No matter, it will just make the comeback all the more glorious!
