Yeah the 3DS/WiiU era might have been one of their most "generous" haha
But even then they had stuff like the Creators Program or NoA just being weirdly against releasing anything that seemed too "anime" or whatever
Not familiar with any lawsuits, though I'm sure there were some ahaha

haha well perhaps I'm sometimes too accepting of their actions but true some people can be bit insane about it
