What a week, and it's only Tuesday! 🚑 Yesterday was a whirlwind, being busy with emergency calls on the MHRV and providing crucial support. Today, I attended a Coaching Development session for #FTSU Ambassadors to better support our amazing staff. Feeling grateful and energised! 💪✨ #BusyWeek

The study, which was published in the Journal of Health Psychology, looked at how patients with Long Covid experience their illness. Enjoying some much-needed rest after 4 shifts on the MHRV and a day of learning. It was an emotional few days supporting patients in crisis, but we succeeded in keeping them out of the ED. Getting patients to help and treatment is such an amazing feeling. Feeling proud and grateful. 🌞
