I consider myself a decent baker but had the challenge of making a tiered Gluten Free Vegan Cake without refined sugar. I came up with this and fortunately my customer loved it.

I have been super quiet for the past few months. Mostly due to my inordinately busy schedule. So I decided to start a business during a hectic semester as a salaried employee. SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️ My business “Bloom and Butter Vegan Patisserie “ has been doing well and getting some traction in my local market.

Thought I’d share a cake I recently made for a friend’s birthday celebration. I should have gotten better perspective in my picture to show the pearl boarder. My friend was very happy with the outcome. 😊
