Board of Peace - Season 1

Hotel breakfast buffets are the best. We're eating bacon and fruit and little muffins and cheese and have orange juice, coffee and smoothies on the go. Anything goes. Give me this over any other dining experience.

Have eaten like a queen today.

Eggs Benedict on soda bread for breakfast.
M&S Lasagna for dinner.
Coffee and carrot cake for writing chat break.
Hotel burger and chips with a cheeky glass of wine for tea.

Also wrote some words. Success.

First the Guides and now the WI - two institutions with a history of welcoming trans folk. Each of them forced to now exclude people they have welcomed. This is bullying, pure and simple. Well-funded, systematic and relentless bullying. It is disgusting. Who is next?

The garden bird scraps around our neighbours bird feeder are pretty epic this year...but also we get hares boxing in spring here (Wark in Northumberland), otters bashing fish on the stones when the rivers low, and the arrival of screeching swifts. They're my favourite 😍

I always fall foul of this with cute boots 😭
