I feel this too. It just feels all about accessibility now (which is good of course, but it does take the sting out of it lore wise). It feels like all new races will just be an allied race for both factions now, and that really nullifies the importance/meaning behind them.

I do enjoy Xal'atath, and I agree that she feels like a binding agent for Alleria, and that makes the other characters just feel less important. I got really fed up with Alleria because of this I think. It felt very repetitive. I would like to see others more involved: Thrall, Turalyon, Anduin etc
